Payment
Please ensure all details you provide to sweetshop-clothing.co.uk to order and purchase goods are accurate and that there are sufficient funds to cover payment for the product(s) ordered. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card with which to order. Sweetshop may take legal action against purchasers who wilfully provide false information.

Ordering
Each Sweetshop garment is a unique, individually crafted item. While we strive to make garments as they appear on our website, there may be small colour variations.

Sweetshop will gladly accommodate customer preferences, for example different colours or design suggestions. However, such orders will take longer to process.

We will keep you informed about your order and timeframes for manufacture and delivery.

Delivery
Delivery will be charged on a flat rate basis:
- £3.00 GBP for items up to £9.99 GBP
- £4.00 GBP for items between £10.00 and £74.99 GBP
- £5.00 GBP for items above £75.00 GBP

All orders will be sent through ordinary Uganda Post which has been extremely reliable to date. Alternatively, items can also be sent by registered Uganda Post or couriered for an additional fee.

Ordinary and registered Uganda Post deliveries to Europe take approximately five to seven working days.

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Exchange and returns policy
Sweetshop will exchange faulty, damaged or unworn garments within 3 months of purchase. However, postage will be at the client's expense. Sweetshop is run on a shoestring budget, so regrettably no refunds can be given.
